A Reward is automatically generated as soon as our system recognizes the transaction. In exceptional cases this might not happen. For example when the payment information provided by your bank is insufficient to prompt automated processing.

But we will manually sort that out for you!

There are two ways to report your missing Reward.👆

Via your transaction:

  1. Go to the Journal and tap on the transaction for which you should have received a Reward

  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap on "Report a missing Reward"

  3. Select the merchant where the transaction occurred

  4. Add a proof of purchase

  5. Submit ✅

Via the Reward offer:

  1. Go to the Rewards screen and tap on the offer for which you should have received a Reward

  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap on "Report a missing Reward"

  3. Select the transaction for which you should have received the Reward

  4. Add a proof of purchase

  5. Submit ✅

That’s it! You have now reported the issue to us. If you go back to the transaction you will now see a new field with your requested Reward. If you tap on it you will see your request’s status.

We will check your eligibility for the Reward and notify you as soon as possible. This usually takes just a few days 🥳
