This is currently the case for the "OnePlus Nord" (or all tablets).

  • You can only use another smartphone to complete the "add account" flow. After this, return to your Cake account on your new device! 😉

These brand new smartphones are wrongfully identified by KBC Brussels as tablets. The bank will redirect you to the KBC Brussels Touch app, but this doesn't support the "add account" flow. 🤯

Note! Use the "KBC Brussels Mobile" app with a KBC Brussels card.
