This is currently the case for the "OnePlus Nord" (or all tablets).

  • You can only use another smartphone to complete the "add account" flow. After this, return to your Cake account on your new device! 😉

These brand new smartphones are wrongfully identified by KBC as tablets. The bank will redirect you to the KBC Touch app, but this doesn't support the "add account" flow. 🤯

Note! Use the "KBC Mobile" app with a KBC card.
